Yoga Classes (individuals) - Must be cancelled outside of 24hrs. Cancellations within 24hrs will not receive a refund.
Ayurveda Clinics & Online Bookings - Must be cancelled outside of 24hrs. Cancellations within 24hrs will not receive a refund.
Day Hikes - $30 non-refundable booking fee. If cancelled between 30-14 days of the day hike 50% of the remaining program fee is refundable. If cancelled within 14 days of the day hike, no refund is available.
Domestic Retreats & Hiking Programs - $80 non-refundable booking fee. If cancelled 46 days or before the start of the program 50% of the remaining program fee is refundable. If cancelled 45 days or less from the start of the program, no refund is available.
International Programs - $280 non-refundable booking fee. If cancelled 121 days or before the start of the program 50% of the remaining program fee is refundable. If cancelled within 120 days of the program, no refund is available.
Private & Group Bookings - $150 non-refundable booking fee. If cancelled 46 days or before the start of the program 50% of the remaining program fee is refundable. If cancelled 45 days or less from the start of the program, no refund is available.
Processing and Merchant fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
The nature of most of our programs are outdoors and in the mountains. Programs are on in all weather unless Wild Vedas deems it unsafe to do so. There may be instances where a trip is unable to go ahead due to safety; fire, lightening, grizzly bear closure or otherwise that affects our trip.
In this event, an alternative program will be offered in the valley for the same dates. If this is not possible the trip may be cancelled and you will be offered a spot on another trip subject to space available. Programming changes are at Wild Vedas discretion.
Please note that no refund is available in this circumstance. You are encouraged to get insurance to cover this.

We understand that life can sometimes throw curveballs, even during travel plans. Whether it's a missed flight, a family emergency, or an unexpected illness. We recommend Trip Cancellation/Interruption insurance to provide peace of mind by reimbursing travel costs if your trip is canceled or disrupted, whether you are local to Whistler or travelling from further away.
