  • Yoga Classes: Various styles of yoga instruction, offered in-person and/or online.

  • Clinical Ayurveda and Yoga on a 1:1 Basis: Personalized consultations and guidance based on Ayurvedic principles and yoga practices.

  • Yoga & Ayurveda Mentorship and Training: Educational programs and mentorship for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga and Ayurveda, offered both online and in-person.

  • Contracted Services to Private Events and Festival Curators: Provision of yoga, Ayurveda, or wellness-related services for external events under contract.

Important Considerations for Services:

  • Outdoor Activities: Participants in backcountry yoga and hiking retreats acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities, including but not limited to uneven terrain, varying weather conditions, wildlife encounters, and physical exertion.

  • Ayurveda in Canada Disclaimer: It is essential to understand that in Canada, Ayurveda is an unregulated field. Our Ayurvedic services and consultations are intended for educational and general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not claim to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns.   • Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated in a specific service offering, Wild Vedas Inc. does not provide transportation to or from trailheads, event venues, or any other meeting points for our services. Participants are solely responsible for their own transportation arrangements.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances for Outdoor Programming: Please note that outdoor programming (e.g., backcountry yoga and hiking retreats) is inherently subject to weather conditions and other natural circumstances beyond our control. Our Cancellation Policy details what is and is not refunded for such events, including situations where we cannot provide refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen weather or other factors impacting the safety of our programs as deemed by Wild Vedas Inc.

8. Cancellation and Termination

  • Outdoor Activities: Wild Vedas Inc. does not warrant that outdoor programming will be without risk, or that environmental conditions will always be ideal. Participation in outdoor activities carries inherent risks, and you assume all responsibility for your safety and well-being.

  • Ayurveda and Yoga: Wild Vedas Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the efficacy or outcome of any Ayurvedic consultations, yoga classes, or training programs. These services are offered for general wellness and educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wild Vedas Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

  • Any content obtained from the Service.

Specifically concerning outdoor activities and health-related services:

  • Wild Vedas Inc. shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation in outdoor activities, including but not limited to hiking, yoga, or retreats, where such injury, damage, or loss is due to your own negligence, the negligence of a third party, or risks inherent in the activity.

  • Wild Vedas Inc. shall not be liable for any health outcomes or decisions made by you based on information or guidance received through our Ayurvedic or yoga services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wild Vedas Inc. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) your participation in any Wild Vedas Inc. program or service, including outdoor activities.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within British Columbia, Canada to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy and the Liability Waiver, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wild Vedas Inc. regarding our Service.
