Lydia is an incredible teacher and knowledge holder from Squamish and the definition of Generosity of Spirit. She is one of the only yoga teachers currently in the Squamish Nation and making way for future teachers at the intersection of these traditions. If you ever have the chance to experience her magic, do not hesitate.

Lydia will guide us in making a 12 or a 16 inch drum (your choice).

This workshop is held in a private residence in Whistler and space is very limited. 100% of proceeds go Lydia.
