he consistent, rhythmic pouring of warm, herbal infused oil to the forehead. It is a deeply relaxing treatment, like a soothing, rhythmic massage for your mind. You'll lie comfortably on a massage table as the oil is poured in a steady stream, providing a sense of relaxation and calm, all under the care of your skilled Ayurvedic Pracitioner.

Shirodhara is Indicated for:
