REFINE YOUR CRAFT

100HR BACKCOUNTRY IMMERSION

FOR YOGA TEACHERS

The mountains demand more. Trade the noise for 100hrs of intentional depth. Students will unlock:

  • Integrated Wisdom that weave’s myth, symbolism & "the why" into your sequencing to create classes that resonate long after Savasana.

  • Elevated voices by moving beyond scripts & finding the language to share their authenticity with confidence and clarity.

Testing new ways of teaching & receive feedback from a community of peers who speak the same language.

  • Truthful reflection on personal practice, exploring lived yoga so that teaching comes from a place of embodiment, not just a lesson plan.

This 100hr Teacher Training program invites you to join our 200hr students during the final stage of their journey. Revisiting foundational teachings through the lens of your lived experience and wisdom.

IN GRATITUDE

In deep appreciation, I acknowledge that my life, activities, and practice unfold across the traditional and unceded territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw &  xwməθkwəy̓əm, & Líl̓wat people. I also gratefully explore and engage with many other lands.

With humility, I recognise that much of my practice is comprised of traditions that are not my own. I offer deep respect to my teachers, Dr(Ayur) Manjot Garcha, Dr(Ayur) Roopa Rao, Dr.(Ayur) Leenu C.B., Rebekka Walker, Susie Newson, and the many other carriers of this wisdom over many thousands of years. Their acknowledgment of the profound value this knowledge contributes to the world is immeasurable.

May this acknowledgment serve as my commitment to understanding, honouring, and respecting the rich cultural heritage of the Indigenous peoples whose lands I traverse and from whom I learn.
